One good thing about Google Buzz is that you don't have to type and select all the links & pictures included. This can be done automatically from a page you browse with extensions. But if you are used to share stuff online, Buzz can reshare them.
First, here is official Google introduction to the feature.
"Automatic Discovery
Google Buzz can automatically detect many sites that are publicly associated with a Google profile. Public update feeds from automatically detected sites may be added within Buzz using the connected sites link on the Buzz homepage. You will be able to choose from the list of the automatically detected sites, and decide whether to share each feed with the public, or with just select groups you know."
(extract and more informations in the "Connecting Sites to Google Buzz" page of the API Docs)
So, the first thing to do is to set your profile right by adding your personal blogs and sites in the Link section. If they are well detected, they will show in the "connected sites" of the Buzz settings so you can choose to publish them as Buzz posts. When this is set, every time you will publish a post in your blog, a Buzz post will be produced with the content and a link to the original post.
Now, you may also want to Show your posts outside Buzz.
