Access Google Buzz
You can read your Google Buzz from a number of Google products. You can access it through the left-hand links in your Gmail, from your Google Profile, or from a mobile device. If you're using your phone, visit buzz.google.com in the browser of a supported phone to get started.
You'll be required to have a public profile in order to use Google Buzz. The first time you post, you'll be taken through a quick setup if you haven't already created one. At minimum, you'll just need to select a name to appear on your profile, but you're free to add more details if you'd like. You can also control whether a list of the people whose buzz you follow is visible on your profile.

Having a public profile
To use Google Buzz, you must have a public profile. Having a public profile that is visible on the web means that your profile shows up when people search for your name. If you don't have a profile, or if you already have a Google profile that is not public, you will be prompted to create one when you start using Google Buzz.
You can control what information is public in your profile other than your name, and you can edit your profile to include such information as what schools you've attended, where you've worked, or a short bio. Include as little or as much information as you'd like in your profile; however, at a minimum you need to include a first and last name to use Google Buzz.
See Why do I need a profile? for more information about why public profiles are required for Google Buzz.
