Learning from Each Other

Kevin Kreitman

    • When answering "I want” people focus on solutions instead of the result we are looking for.
    • Solutions are what you think will get you what you want while really results is what you want.
    • To get to the result ask questions like:
        • What would be different in a good way?
        • What would you get that you don’t have now?
            • Both measurable and experiential
    • Why “Benefits” sell only marginally better than “Features” is because you’re counting on the client caring about the “benefits”.
    • Your offer needs to resonate with how they see the problem they face and connect with their desired experience.
