Learning from Each Other
Kevin Kreitman
- When answering "I want” people focus on solutions instead of the result we are looking for.
- Solutions are what you think will get you what you want while really results is what you want.
- To get to the result ask questions like:
- What would be different in a good way?
- What would you get that you don’t have now?
- Both measurable and experiential
- Why “Benefits” sell only marginally better than “Features” is because you’re counting on the client caring about the “benefits”.
- Your offer needs to resonate with how they see the problem they face and connect with their desired experience.
