Uncle Al's Kansas City Shrimp – Shared by Anne Hussar
1 lb peeled and deveined raw shrimp
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. chili powder
In a large saute pan melt butter and mix in olive oil. Add shrimp to pan and sprinkle shrimp with 1/2 the chili powder. Saute. Turn shrimp over and sprinkle remaining chili powder over shrimp. Finish sauting until shrimp are pink. Serve hot.
