History books are typically found in the 900s; however, you may also find books in the 300s as well as a few others.

When you're not at school, usernames, passwords, and links to most databases are on pages 11-12 of your Agenda Books.

A great place to start your research-- from EBSCO host

         

The above databases are a great place to start if your research is US based.

                             

These databases are a great fit, especially if your topic is somewhat recent. 

They feature articles/essays on topics that are controversial in nature.

    

SIRS contains several databases, including Government Reporter and Issues Researcher (pro/con issues).

A Word about Research:

We HIGHLY recommend using source citation sites to assist you with your citations for both in your paper as well as your Works Cited page.

Google Apps for Education: 

Throughout your project, you will be required to keep track of your research/findings for the historical context of your topic.

For this purpose you should consider using your hcpss.me Google Account.

You can keep your notes there, as well as use Google Slides to crate your presentation.
