Features:
All shuffled items / permanent shop items are seeded based on the filename, and stay consistent across play sessions, or different files with the same name.
- Most one-time-collectable field items, the Howz of Badges, Dazzle's badges, and Charlieton's Rogueport wares are all shuffled together from a fixed pool of items:
- 133 badges, including the maximum number of all finitely stackable badges (including 3 Simplifiers / Unsimplifiers), and 1-2 of all infinitely stackable badges.
- About 2 each of most "normal" items (no Gold Bars, area-specific or recipe items)
- 29 coins (turn into Gold Bars if spawned in Shine Sprite blocks)
- 42 Shine Sprites total
- Enough Star Pieces to buy all badges in Dazzle's shop (SP cost = BP req. + 1)
- Strange Sack
- The Star Pieces from Grubba's desk and the Bob-ombs' cabinet in room 008 on the Excess Express, and most (if not all) items received from NPCs are not randomized.
- Coin blocks + 10-coin blocks are not randomized.
- The item shops + Pianta Parlor contain each "normal" item + Gold Bar and Gold Bar x3 exactly once, and the rest of the items are chosen randomly between recipes and infinitely stackable badges. Prices range from 1-2x the base buying price (up to 999 coins), and those items' sell prices are half of the buying rate in that particular shop.
- The Westside Goods shop always has Dizzy Dial and Dried Shroom, and Pianta Parlor's shop list always includes Cake Mix.
- Up to five random items per item shop are given higher sell prices (0.75-1.25x the base buy price).
- Charlieton's items in the Pit are randomized every time he appears, and the price multipliers range from 1-5x (to a max of 999 coins) instead of 2-10x.
