Site Cost Control

Site Cost Control is used to determine the detail of how close to completion your Project is. This is where you indicate any further spending that is required, by RFO, and/or if an item is complete.

Site Cost Control List

Across the top, tabbed, costs are broken into Capital and Operational expenses. Click on the appropriate tab to see its details.

Down the left are your Project Categories. Click on a Category to maintain its Project records, below.

Site Cost Control Maintenance

On this screen you can enter an Estimate to Complete, comments and a Request to Finish the RFO. These figures are used to determine your closeness to budget. For example, even though we have committed $10,000 and spent $10,000 with Firth Concrete doesn't mean that their work is complete. If we need to spend another $2000 with them, enter that value here.

Site Cost Control Printout

A .pdf similar to the above will be displayed in a new tab when you click Print on the Site Cost Control screen.

:) This report shows a new page for each combination of Category and Finance used in your Project and can become quite large.
