The Expense Enquiry screen shows all the expenses assigned to your project. There is no limit to the number of expenseswhich may be assigned to a Project.
Click the Add button to add a new Expense
Click the Requirement or Description to edit an existing Expense
Either way, the Expense Maintenance screen will be displayed, below.
:) This example screen was called from Requirements Maintenance (the 'Design' requirement) and so only shows the expenses for that Requirement. When this screen is called from Project Maintenance all expenses for the Project are shown.
This screen is where you add Expense records or change existing Expenses.
