Project Maintenance

The Project Maintenance screen is where you do most of your day to day work.

Once a Project is selected, you have access to all of its component parts.

! Only a Project Owner has access to all Projects and all Functionality on this screen. Project Owners are defined through formal communication with Freeman Software.

The screen comprises 5 main parts:-

  • The button bar, top, provides access to the Project's component parts
  • The Project List, left, is where you select the Project to work on. The current project is highlighted by the red bar
  • 'Project' is where you update your Project's details
  • 'Requirements' shows how your project is performing against budget and estimates. This option is only visible if the 'Use Requirements?' option is selected in System Control.
  • 'Requests For Order' also shows how your project is performing against budget and estimates. This option is only visible if the 'Use Requests for Order?' option is selected in System Control.

Requirements

Only displayed if 'Use Requirements' is selected on System Control. Shows budget comparisons based on the Requirements entered for the Project

Requests for Order

Only displayed if 'Use Requests For Orders' is selected on System Control. Shows budget comparisons based on Requests for Order entered for the Project
