Prime Rib Hash

This is a great hearty breakfast for the morning after a prime rib dinner.

  • Combine cut potatoes, left over prime rib, onion, a red pepper and salt and pepper in the pan. I also added in leftover onion and pepper from the night before.

  • I turn all the cut edges down so they will crisp up nice and brown.

  • Cover with the lid slightly ajar to let the steam out.

  • Cook until nicely browned and potatoes are crispy

  • Don't go away and write on your blog or you will burn it. We ate it anyways.
