A good draw to finish the summer season. Both defeats came from mat 1 where it is notoriously difficult to find line and length and tonight proved no exception. The 2 wins however were excellent. Colin's triple played well, lost the 1st end by a single then only lost 3 more ends by a single and 2 * 2's. Elaine's triple were outplayed for the 1st 7 ends being 12-3 down after 7 ends. a change of skip saw Lesley swap with Elaine and they then took the next 7 ends to lead 14-12 going into last end, a nervy time as Hingham were holding 2, Lesley drew with her last wood to get second shot and with the jack in the ditch and Hingham's chalker 18 inches in front there was room to draw for 2 with Keith's last wood, he was just overweight with it and as it went into the ditch we breathed a sigh of relief. A good turn around to get the draw. Well done Ladies
