Dark Elves
Hailing from Outerworld, these ashen-skinned cousins to the elves have grown accustomed to the prevailing darkness of their world. They are suffused with latent magical talents as a result of their constant Arcanium exposure over generation upon generation. Sunlight is very harsh on them, so the single city they maintain on Sarella, Zenfarra, is underground and almost entirely lightless. Dark Elves are not masters of construction or engineering, but they do have the highest rate of Blended among the Dark Races, giving them a powerful and elite military.
Stats are same as PHB Drow.
Wild Elves
After the Purge, most Wood Elves became even more reclusive, choosing to live in the vast Ironbark Forest among the Firbolgs. As a result, many of them have chosen to forgo civilization entirely and live their whole lives among the massive trees, rarely witnessing other races beyond an occasional sighting. Most are peaceful, but very wary and willing to kill anyone who threatens their safety or sovereignty.
Wild Elves retain Wood Elf traits.
Purebloods
These are the rare City Elves born with a very strong link to their noble lineage, lending them certain magical traits and an almost regal treatment by other elves.
They retain the same traits as High Elves.
City Elves
Many Elves are forced into run-down and poorly policed ghettos in major cities, and are heavily removed from their noble ancestry. Those that have lost touch with their magical heritage still retain their natural grace however, and as a result tend towards thievery.
City Elves gain the following traits:
Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma increases by 1.
Artful Dodger: You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by crowds, alleyways, crates and other cover in cities.
Nimble Fingers: You are proficient in Sleight of Hand (Dexterity) checks.
Free Runner: You have advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks when attempting to maintain balance or climb in urban areas.
