40 Minute Total Body Weight Workout with Sabrina
- Requires light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.
30 Minute Kickboxing, Upper Body & Core Workout with Sabrina
- Requires medium or heavy weights and a mat. You can also use light weights for kickboxing portion (optional).
30 Minute Kid-Friendly Strength & Tabata Workout with Sabrina
- Requires dumbbells or a substitute for dumbbells (balls, soup cans, etc).
