"I think online teachers also need to be aware of what the students did enjoy about the class and how accessible the content and the teacher was during the class time. I took my entire Bachelors degree online so I never met any of my teachers but I will say that each teacher had their own way of setting up the course and their own strengths and weaknesses. I feel like it is important for all teachers to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses so they know if they need to make any adjustments for further classes.
