Members of ESTA are eligible for both work related and non-w0rk related legal consultation.
For work related issues, members need to receive a referral from the CTA Field worker to receive one hour of free legal consultation. In order to initiate this service and see if you are eligible, members need to contact their Association Representative, who will refer them to the local chapter leaders.
For non-work related issues, members are eligible to receive 30 minutes of free legal consultation from Hiden Rott Oertle LLP. Members can self-refer by calling 619-296-5884, and should be prepared to provide their CTA membership number
