The TA was ratified by ESTA Members and the EUHSD Board of Education approved the TA in their reguarly scheduled April meeting.
March 2020
- March 12: Fourth meeting between ESTA and the District
- ESTA presnted a proposal. ESTA Proposal #3
- District caucused
- District came back with no written proposal.
- Both teams verbally exchanged ideas.
- A Tentative Agreement was reached after 12 hours of negotiations.
February 2020
- February 3rd: Second meeting between ESTA and the District
- ESTA presented a proposal. ESTA Proposal #1
- District caucused
- District presented a proposal. District Proposal #2
- EUHSD posts their update to bargaining on District website - District Update
- February 26th: Third meeting between ESTA and the District
- ESTA presented a proposal. ESTA Proposal #2

January 2020
- January 14th:
- Public hearing on ESTA Sunshine at EUHSD Board meeting
- Public hearing on EUHSD Sunshine at EUHSD Board meeting
- January 17th: First bargaining meeting between ESTA and the District
- Both sides presented budget information
- Both sides had proposals ready.
- The district chose to present their proposal first - there was no salary included, and no specified length of contract. District Proposal #1
