Michael Colland, CPC - President

Mr. Colland is a licensed contractor in Arizona and the qualifying party for Entellus Construction Services’ A License. He has been responsible for bidding, evaluating bids, and awarding construction contracts to sub-contractors to complete necessary disciplines of work. He has established and maintained construction schedules; coordinated necessary survey, city inspections, sub-contractor disciplines, and utility coordination; monitored construction progress, evaluated monthly billings, minimized and eliminated potential budget impacts, maintained project correspondence between owner, engineer, city, and obtained final approval of land development improvements from corresponding agency of authority.

Timothy D. Crall, PE, LEED AP - Senior Vice President

Mr. Crall serves as Senior Vice President of ECS LLC. His professional experience includes engineering design and coordination of design teams for a wide range of public works and large-scale land development projects. Mr. Crall’s major projects have included multi-site military air base projects; several master-planned communities; hydrologic and hydraulic analysis; preparation of drainage reports; and design of a variety of flood control and drainage facilities including storm drains, retention/detention basins, pump stations, and box culverts. His projects also include power plants, large diameter gas line, major streets and highways, water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, grading and drainage, parking facilities, and site development

Michael Speck, CPC - Vice President / Construction Manager

Mr. Speck is a Construction Manager. He directly oversees construction activities, conducts take-offs for estimates, obtains permits, and conducts bidding. He has worked on a variety of projects including industrial access roads and utility lines, residential/commercial drainage improvements, and entire subdivisions ranging in size from 4 lots to over 200 lots. In addition, his professional experience includes serving as a Construction/Field Engineer on development, transportation, water/wastewater, and hydrology projects as large as $20 Million in construction value.
