Project Description:
Yellow Rose Ranch is a 6+ Acre subdivision in the Town of Gilbert. The subdivision includes 29 lots for custom homes as well as several amenities such as a playground basketball court and ramada. The site was partially developed by the previous property owner. The partial improvements had fallen into disrepair and the site was an eyesore to the surrounding community. Entellus Construction Services acting as the project manager coordinated the design of the dry-utilities, created bid packages for each trade, and oversaw the bidding to all subcontractors. ECS also managed the project by providing oversight for the during construction. Some of the work items included were; demolition of the existing site improvements, re-grading the site to minimize import/export, installation of water, sewer, electric, gas, and communications utilities, construction of sidewalk, curbs, streets, and certification of the individual pads. The end result is a high-end residential community which aesthetically compliments and enhances the surrounding area.
