The Park Office Complex Drainage Improvements

Project Description:

"The Park" is an office complex located at 44th Street and Camelback. The first floor of the complex experienced frequent flooding during Phoenix's monsoon season. Entellus Inc. provided design services while Entellus Construction Services provided full construction oversight. We worked with the owner during the design phase to provide budgeting, then bid the individual trades out to qualified subcontractors. Finally we managed the construction process through closeout. This project presented a unique challenge because Entellus Construction had to coordinate closely with tenants to install a large underground storage tank while maintaining an adequate number of parking spaces.
