Paseo De Pecans

Project Description:

Paseo De Pecans is a 13 Acre, 17 lot custom home subdivision located in Queen Creek. The land was acquired from a developer who had partially completed the improvements several years prior. Entellus Construction Services assisted with due-diligence by conducting an inventory and assessment of the existing site and preparing a development budget to complete the subdivision. Afterwards we provided full project management services including bidding and award, construction management, and close-out services.
