La Jara Farms II

Project Description:

La Jara Estates is a 70 Acre, 82 lot subdivision located in Queen Creek. Entellus Construction Services provided conceptual budgeting during the design phase of the project as well as full Construction Manager Services throughout the construction phase. As Construction Manager, ECS bid out the entire project, recommending qualified low-bidders to the owner. ECS also coordinated work between the trades and oversaw all construction activities as well as the close-out and turn-over to the owner and home-owners association.
