Villa De Fuente HOA Improvements

Villa De Fuente is a development consisting of 60+ units located just North of Old Town Scottsdale. For years, the development was plagued by a leaking irrigation system which deteriorated the pavement. Entellus Construction Services was chosen to provide a turn-key solution to permanently fix the years of damage. The final remedy involved replacing over 2000 feet of irrigation main, and re-paving the development with nearly 900 tons of new asphalt. ECS oversaw the entire process for the owner beginning with survey and design. ECS also prepared bid schedules, scope of work, solicited bids from qualified local contractors, made recommendations to the owner based on cost and completeness of the bid, and prepared contracts for the owner. Lastly ECS had the responsibility of obtaining permits for the owner, and overseeing and coordinating the work of the contractors.
