Petersen Ranches

Project Description:

Petersen Ranches is an 8 Acre subdivision in the Town of Gilbert. The subdivision consists of 6 lots for custom homes. Entellus Construction Services acted as the project manager. ECS coordinated the design of the dry-utilities, created bid packages for each trade, and oversaw the bidding to all the subcontractors. ECS also managed the project by providing oversight for the project. This site was previously used as a dumping area by a contractor. As a result remediation efforts were necessary to screen through nearly 12,000 cubic yards of soil to remove concrete steel and other construction debris. Some of the other work items included were; installation of water, sewer, electric, gas, and communications utilities, construction of curbs, streets, and certification of the individual pads.
