La Jara Estates

Project Description:

La Jara Estates is a 15 Acre, 28 lot subdivision located in eastern Mesa. Entellus Construction Services assumed the role of project manager on for La Jara Estates part-way through it's construction. ECS immediately conducted an inventory of remaining work which included meeting on-site with the various utility and municipal authorities to identify outstanding work items. ECS then managed the various trade contractors to the completion of the project.
