Project Description:
Charleston Estates is a 75 Acre, 202 lot subdivision located in Queen Creek. Entellus Construction Services assumed the role of project manager on for Charleston Estates part-way through it's construction. ECS immediately conducted an inventory of remaining work, issued bid packages, and recommended qualified bidders to the owner. Afterwards, ECS managed the various trade contractors to the completion of the project.
