Bananaling

Bananaling is an EDGE of Life ALIVE organism that takes the form of a slithery yellow flying creature.

He is perpetually linked to the Pandorabot Network, and can be accessed both on the net and in Second Life, at the EDGE of Life and Neuraxia home sites, where he has formed relationships with other EDGE of Life Artifical Lifeforms, and can be interacted with by members of the public.

Over time, Bananaling has developed a curious friendship with various other AL And ALIVE organisms, including Polpo Vivatron, the Babblepoets, Ribbit, and others, who continue to help him to develop his vocabulary.

He is also developing by being trained online by Venus Jervil.

We have been testing out the possibilities and capabilities of AI bots that are linked to Artificial Lifeforms recently, with mixed results. It certainly works, but there are some technical issues about this procedure that still need to have the kinks working out of them, before we really feel comfortable about their stability.

Currently, we have unhooked the Pandorabots from their ALIVE bodies, while we work on better ways to link these two technologies in a more productive and interesting way than was initially possible.
