Two Weeks & Four Classes all at the Beach House in Hampton Manor
All classes are offered from 6:00-7:30pm on the following Wednesday and Monday nights:

PLEASE NOTE - there is limited parking at the Beach House (234 Lake Shore Dr, Rensselaer, NY 12144). Overflow parking is available at nearby Onderdonk Park on Hampton Avenue or as legally available on side streets. Hampton Manor residents are encouraged to drop off, carpool, bike, or walk.
* Classes are open to all residents of East Greenbush and surrounding communities free of charge.
* Additional sessions may be added depending upon demand.

Learn how to take better photos with your smartphone and practice these skills as we walk around the Hampton Manor Lake focusing on nature photography, light, reflection, and even outdoor self-portraits.

Wednesday, August 21st
Using magazines, stickers, and other items provided, learn how to create your own inspirational collage. We will review techniques for collage and discuss the power of inspiration and creativity that collage can provide.

Paint your own view of Hampton Manor Lake as part of this outdoor painting class. If the weather is incompatible with outdoor painting (rain, wind, or extreme heat), the class will take place inside the Beach House. All painting supplies are provided.

Wednesday, August 28th
Parent/guardians, bring the kids for a hands on class of family focused arts and crafts.This class is intended for children ages 5 to 12 and at least one adult (18+) parent or guardian. No childcare is provided at this class; children need to be supervised by the adult attending with them. Participants will have the choice of several projects to complete. Individuals are limited to two projects.
Class size is limited to 25 participants (including parents or guardians).
These free community art classes and are supported by the Town of East Greenbush and the Community & Recreation Department.
