Announcements (Updated 5/31)
Exam 3 Solutions are posted below.
DATE CHANGED: Exam 3 will be Monday 5/23 and will cover HW 22 through HW 26. There will not be a Quiz on Friday 5/20.
Quiz 11 on Friday 5/13 will cover HW 24 and HW 25.
Quiz 10 on Friday 5/6 will cover HW 23A and HW 23B.
Quiz 9 on Friday 4/22 will cover HW 22.
Exam 2 Solutions are posted below.
Exam 2 Review Problems can be found here.
Exam 2 will be Monday 4/18, and will cover HW 8 through HW 21.
Quiz 6 on will be on Wednesday 3/23 (Period 2) and Thursday 3/24 (Period 4), and will cover HW 14A, 14B, & 14C.
There will be an "Exam 1 Redemption Quiz" sometime between Monday 3/21 and Exam 2. The exact date will not be announced in advance. No make-up quizzes will be given without a doctor's note or equivalent documentation of justified absence. The quiz will last 10 minutes, and consist of two problems which are substantially similar (but not necessarily identical) to the 10-point problems from Exam 1 (problems 9-14). There will be no partial credit - each problem will be awarded either 0 or 6 points, so the only possible scores on the quiz are 0, 6, or 12. In order to receive 6 points on a problem, you will need to use proper mathematical notation, show appropriate and sufficient algebraic work, and get the correct answer. These points will be added directly to your Exam 1 score. Also, copies of the official "Solutions for Exam 1" are not permitted in the classroom until after this quiz. If I happen to see one in your possession on quiz day, you will not be allowed to take the quiz.
Exam 1 Solutions are posted below.
Exam 1 will be Friday 3/4, and will cover HW 1 through HW 7.
Quiz 2 on Friday 2/12 will cover HW 3.
Welcome to Trigonometry.
