In 4Q of each year, the Devonshire HOA Annual Meeting is held and all residents are invited to attend. At this meeting, detailed financials are shared for the current year, the upcoming year's HOA Budget is ratified and members are elected to fill any open positions on the Board of Directors.

Our Board of Directors holds regular in-person meetings throughout the year. If you are a resident & are interested in attending an upcoming meeting to discuss any issues or concerns, please contact RPM who will reach out to the Board for scheduling.
