The Devonshire CC&Rs require that all mailboxes conform to the style as was originally installed for our subdivision. The style of our mailboxes is "The P&P Classic" style, sold by the company Posts & Pickets

If your mailbox numbers need to be replaced, 2" gold numbers can be inexpensively ordered off of Amazon or ordered from Posts & Pickets. The link above is for the HOA-approved style.
Reflective number sign order form from fire dept.pdfIn addition, the Northern Wake Fire Department offers reflective mailbox signs that contain your house number and assist emergency responders in easily locating your residence. The HOA has preapproved these signs in green or black color only, attached vertically to your mailbox post. They are available directly from the fire department for a nominal fee. Please refer to the order form for specifics.
