Unrealizable Projects

After many years of being frustrated by my attraction to the unrealizable project, either due to epic complexity or scale, I have opted to embrace the works-in-progress that make up my creative life.

Here is a partial list [details to follow] of some of the unabashedly unfinished and increasingly possibly impossible endeavors I am continually at work on:

Library as a Laboratory for Artists [interactive e-book]

The Rothko Series [cycle of embroideries]

A Tent Called Bosco [portable forest]

The Metropolitan Tapestry [an homage to the Bayeux Tapestry in NYC]

The Web Archives of my works [deirdread.org]

A complete catalog of the books I own [LibraryThing has a couple thousand]
