Issue of new and revised contract conditions

UK MOD Standardised Contracting Conditions SC1A & SC1B and SC2

The UK MoD has recently issued three sets of standardised contracting conditions (SC1a and SC1b and SC2) and continues to update these conditions and the individual DEFCONs within the DEFCON series standard form conditions on a monthly basis. This process introduces obligations on suppliers that many suppliers are not aware of unless particular care has been taken in checking the revised obligations within the latest edition of the DEFCON that is referenced in the UK MoD ITT/ITN or contract/purchase order. Our training courses cover the DEFCONs at the latest published edition at the time the training course is provided and hence can serve as a valuable refresher of the contractual obligations associated with each DEFCON for both junior and experienced commercial/contracts staff. 

Note that SC2 now includes the newly issued DEFCON 814 & 815 pricing conditions.
