Developing Commercial Awareness
During both the tendering stage of a project and during the performance of any resultant contract it is important that a company's project management, engineering and other staff who are likely to have direct communication with the project customer understand the commercial implications of their actions on the project financial out-turn, the company's contractual liabilities, company shareholder value and the company's image/reputation.
We have therefore developed and provide a commercial awareness training course to enhance the level of commercial awareness of non-commercial staff. This comprehensive one day course is based on formal presentation material from the expert trainer and practical case examples / studies. Time will be set aside for participants to raise issues of particular interest to them and further detail can be found under the Training Courses page.
