UK MOD CONTRACT CONDITIONS & PRICING OF UK MOD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACTS - CONSULTANCY SERVICES

We recognise that a client may not wish to be provided with a training course and that their interest is in relation to receiving advice on a specific contractual or pricing issue or problem associated with the UK MoD conditions of contract. To meet this need Defcon Training Limited provides an on-site consultancy service where particular contractual or pricing issues can be reviewed in a small workshop forum and potential solutions to an issue or problem debated and a prospective approach to the UK MoD or a higher level contractor agreed. Defcon Training Limited provides this service through its consultants drawing on their many years of experience of defence and aerospace contracting with the UK MoD, overseas military procurement agencies and the civil aerospace industry.

Our consultancy services include assisting in the development of appropriate subcontract documentation to ensure that the main contract obligations are adequately flowed down to subcontractors/suppliers. 

We can also provide an independent "red team" review of a clients proposed commercial offer for a project addressing both presentation style and the content of the commercial offer.
