Credentials

Mike Debney the owner of Defcon Training Limited is a chartered management accountant and has thirty years of practical experience of negotiating contracts with the UK Ministry of Defence (UK MoD), and an in depth knowledge of the UK MoD Acquisition System Guidance (ASG)  formerly known as the Acquisition Operating Framework (AOF). He held the position of Commercial Executive at Racal Avionics Limited and subsequently Commercial Director at Thales Avionics Limited before establishing a consultancy business. 

Obtaining a commercial advantage with the UK MoD particularly in single source contract pricing and negotiation requires a blend of financial and commercial expertise, and Defcon Training Limited can uniquely provide this blend of expertise.
