SSRO OPINIONS & REFERRALS: The SSRO has published four referral opinions and one referral determination, the opinions on the 30th November 2015, 26th October 2016, March 2017 and 15th February 2018 and the determination  on the 16th May 2016.  Documents provided below

SSRO GUIDANCE ON ALLOWABLE COSTS: The SSRO has updated its guidance on allowable costs in July 2016 (SSRO Single source cost standards). The document is provided below. This is the first update of this document and applies to all contracts awarded after its date of publication. In February 2018 the SSRO issued new guidance applicable from 1st April 2018. This is the first document in the available downloads below.

SSRO REPORT TEMPLATES & USER GUIDES DEFCARS 1 (Now retired): The SSRO has recently updated its user guides related to the reporting requirements of the Single Source Contract Regulations and these can be accessed by clicking on the following link.  SSRO Reporting templates & User Guides. These guides are now superceded by the SSRO DEFCARS 2 electronic submission system.

SSRO COMPLIANCE REPORTS: We also provide a copy of the SSRO interim compliance report for 2016 that details the SSRO view of industry and MoD compliance with the Defence Reform Act and Single Source Contract Regulations based upon certain performance indicators selected by the SSRO.
