Riverside is part of a series of monotypes printed from a plexiglass plate. Residue ink remains on the plate after it is printed, yielding a "ghost image" that can be reworked and printed again. I also draw and paint on top of these "ghost prints" at a later date. As the Roman numeral suggests, this is the fifth finished image from this series.

Riverside V received a 2nd Place Award in the WP&S SE Chapter Print and Drawing Juried Exhibition held at the Ozaukee Art Center (March 2008).

It was also exhibited in the WP&S SE Chapter Juried Exhibition at the Museum of Wisconsin Art in West Bend May 23 - July 25, 2007.
