Meeting protocol

1) Be ready at the beginning of class (you can't all go last).  Add a timestamp to the meeting notes.

2) All team members come to all meetings.

3) Bring deliverables on paper.

4) One team member should have the meeting notes open and take notes.  The other should have the journal open.

5) By the end of the meeting, you should have a list of deliverables for next time.

6) After the meeting, you should revise and flesh out the meeting notes, especially the to-do list.
