Please note the following:

1. Attached is an order form for 2022.

2. Mycro helmets will be distributed by courier service on receipt of signed order form and appropriate cheque.

3. Please note any order for under FIVE helmets will not be delivered by courier service and must be collected at the address above. I would suggest for convenience that neighbouring schools, might combine helmet orders, if the order is less than five helmets.

4. Mycro helmets are available in single colour, two tone combination or faded. Please state colour preference on sheet. (Use separate sheet if necessary)

5. Please give me your home number on the order sheet, as contacting school numbers can be difficult.

6. You can contact me anytime at the above address or phone number.

7. Hurleys are available at the above address at all times. Please ring before calling.

8. All order forms must be signed by the school principal. Order forms not signed by the principal will be returned.

9. All items of equipment, other than for helmet orders under five, must be collected, at Holycross GAA grounds, between 4.00pm and 7.00pm on Friday, 25^th March 2022.

10. Please bring a copy of your sheet with you on the equipment distribution day.

11. Please return your order forms on or before, 11^th March, 2022.

12. It is important to remember, due to the extremely uncertain situation regarding our grants, that the 2022 equipment scheme might have to be cancelled at any time. We regret the restricted nature of the 2022 scheme.

13. Schools must pay the €30 annual registration fee, to participate in the 2022 equipment scheme.
