Lacy Frame Tutorial

Filters required: Simple

Attached is an image that needs to be added to your PSP Textures folder.

Select a pretty scene 650 x 500 or larger - or create one with your own images that will look good with a soft, lacy frame.

Select white as your foreground color and a medium color for your background.
