Filter Required: AAA Frames Texture and Filters Unlimited.

Select a background scene and any tubes or decorations or word art that are compatible. Select a light foreground color and a dark background color from your scene. If you want to use a misted scene, then add a layer, flood fill with foreground or background color; layers, move down and layers merge all. However, a background image covering the whole image works better.
