OLG ADORation Chapel

Knights of Columbus Council #6138 wants to encourage you to make a commitment to spend an hour with our Lord in the adoration chapel. It will be the best hour of your week! If you would like to make a commitment, please go to olgadoration.weadorehim.com or call (317) 768-0805.

What are the fruits of Eucharistic adoration?

People who observe Eucharistic adoration experience a deeper devotion to Jesus, and this manifests itself in countless ways. The primary fruits are repentance and conversion which lead to increased charity... that is, the love of Christ alive in His people. The adoration of Jesus in the Eucharist also leads to greater reverence at Mass, a deeper desire for personal holiness, and a stronger sense of union with the parish and the whole Church. Ever since the early centuries of Christianity, the Church has linked Eucharistic devotion to service to the poor. More recently, the practice has lead to an increase in vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life.

Become a committed or substitute adorer!

What is a committed adorer? An individual who commits to a specific hour of each week to adore Jesus exposed in the Blessed Sacrament at our adoration chapel. What is a substitute adorer? An individual who makes himself available to substitute for another adorer.

Committed Adorer

  • Arrive at your scheduled time and remain present in the chapel until the next person arrives one hour later.

  • Find a substitute adorer in the event you are not able to be there (a list of substitutes will be provided).

Substitute Adorer

  • Be available to cover occasional hours of adoration for another adorer, when requested.

  • You may state which days/hours work best for you.

Please sign in before each visit on paper to the left of the entrance, so we can confirm all hours are covered. This saves us from having to call people who do not sign in at the end of the week

Security Note: Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. you will need a code to enter the building. If you need the code, call (317) 768-0805.

Have a Blessed Week,

Your Adoration Chapel Team
