              (2) This paper (Figure 2) was introduced to the healthcare policy makers of the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korean Health Information Service on Dec 21, 2021 as a strategic solution to motivate seven data-driven hospital consortia and improve their performances. The author currently serves as a selected field advisory evaluation committee of the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korean Health Information Service to evaluate plans, processes, and performances of the seven data-driven hospital consortia and accordingly expedite active Artificial Intelligence R&D in Korean healthcare.
