S.E.R.V.I.C.E. Team Member

Socialization Enrichment Rehabilitation Volunteer Integrating Compassion & Empathy Team Member

Requirements to be considered for:

P3: ThePetPartnersProject as a S.E.R.V.I.C.E. Team member

1. A short interview & discussion about the benefits of quality enrichment for rescued shelter animals.

2. There are different levels of SERVICE Team Members.

3. Taking care of animals is like working on a farm. Volunteering to take care of animals at an animal rescue shelter is like working on a farm. It's hard and dirty work to work on a farm or a ranch. Again, volunteering at an animal rescue can be physically and emotionally challenging but you are doing God's work helping abused, unwanted and neglected animals.

SERVICE Team Members with a negative attitude, careless work ethic, inability to follow instructions, problematic or unreliable, will be terminated from the volunteer program.

GREEN SERVICE Team Members begin by walking dogs, socialize cats and clean up after them. All other levels of SERVICE volunteers require cleaning. Part of taking care of animals is cleaning them and their environments so be prepared to clean.
