Abhinand C.S.

Rajini S.

Abhinand C.S is a level-headed guy and residing in the village ‘kallikadu’ near neyyardam with his parents and adoring younger sister. He is being called as ABHI by buddies and approaching an each task with a boundless zest is his special attitude. Immediately prior to this M.phil programme, he was worked as Guest lecturer in the Department of Biotechnology, College of Agriculture, Vellayani. Abhi received his primary education from Vavode High School and later he accomplished his undergraduation as well as postgraduation from the Varsity of Kerala. He studied B.Sc botany at the Christian College, Kattakada and completed M.Sc Bioinformatics from National College, Thiruvanathapuram. He is thirsty in agriculture related research studies to improve productivity and also fascinated to create the novel bioinformatic tools. In personal life, he has constant attentiveness towards the national and international political issues and very keen to help others, especially the destitute. Interestingly, he is an eco-warrior and as usual others, his mother’s milk is music.(Compiled by: S.Annadurai)

Annadurai S.

Rajini S., is a resident of Churakkode, Adoor, the native place of our great director Adoor Gopalakrishnan, and actor Adoor Bhasi. This place is near to Mannadi which has historic importance related with the famous Veluthampi Dalava, Divan of Travancore. She did her graduation in Computer Science from College of Applied Science, Adoor and M.Sc from Department of Bioinformatics, University of Kerala.Being a great fan of A.R.Rehman and Raveendran Mash, she spends her leisure time mostly by listening to music. A sweet and simple girl, she is very much attached to her parents. A lover of soft colours like pink and white, she is very gentle and beautiful. She likes to visit huge and ancient temples. Reshmi Ramachandran

Resmi Ramachandran hails from Thripunnithara, Ernakulam District. She is a postgraduate in Bioinformatics from Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Science and Technology, Ernakulam, and took her bachelor degree in Physics from CMS College, Kottayam year. Santhosh Kumar K.

Annadurai, simply called Anna, is from Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District, Tamilnadu. He is very simple and hardworking person. He took his B.Sc. in Zoology from Arignar Anna Govt Arts College Cheyyar, Tamilnadu and M.Sc in Human Physiology from Dr.ALM PGIBMS, University of Madras. In the last five years he was working as Lecturer in Physiology department, Sree Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry and taken sabbatical for one year to study this MPhil Course. As a student he has good observation skill and to learn new techniques from resources persons. His research interests are immunology and infection biology .His hobbies include cycling and swimming. Badal Verma

Santhosh Kumar K. hails from Kalliassery in Kannur district,the land of looms and lores. He is working as a Lecturer in the post graduate department of computer science in College of Applied Science,Cheemeni. He completed his graduation from Sir Syed College,Taliparamba and post graduation from IT Education Centre,Kannur University. He is married and have one 2 year old baby. He likes teaching as an important profession to guide the youngs of tomorrow. His hobbies include web-designing and programming in Java. He feels SIUCEB as a place where every member including faculties, staffs and researchers are very motivating, friendly and inspiring.(Compiled by : Shinu V.)

Sharon G.R.

Badal Verma is from Kota Rajasthan, a place known for study centres. He finished his post graduation in Bioinformatics from Amity University, Noida and his graduation from DAVV University, Indore. He has work experience in IPCA Pharma as a research trainee in Greentech Department. He is very ambitious and he aspires to become a researcher in Drug Designing. He is good in German language. He is quite a foodie ad loves sweet. He loves electronic gadgets and is addicted to his mobile phone. He has a good sense of humor. He passes his time by listening to music or watching movies. He values friendship a lot and he tries his level best to maintain touch with his friends. He is an extrovert and he mingles with people easily. Sharon G.R. is from Kozhikode; He had his schooling from Malabar Christian College Higher Secondary School and achieved his Bachelors in Computer Science from IHRD College of Applied Science, Calicut. He is an original actor who keeps a watch on everything around him to mimic. Now he is a member of CBi family doing MPhil Bio informatics. His main hobbies are observing others characters. The talented dancer is a member of the dance troop ’Aryans’. His varied interests include football, movies, dancing and drawing. He is a talented voice artist anybody’s sound in a split of a second. Sharon, an enthusiastic, friendly, fun loving, He is a man of energetic and always wears a smile on his face. His ultimate dream is to be a scientist and always enjoy life.(Compiled by: M.G. Shinu belongs to Vandiperiyar in Idukki district.He likes to be called "adhi" He did his post graduate program in Biotechnology from Kerala University. He did his graduate program from Govt. Soundarya K.

Soundarya K. hails from Hyderabad (A.P.) famous place for biryani and pearls. Her nickname is Chinky. She did her post graduation (M.Sc.) in bioinformatics from Madras University, Chennai and did graduation (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She also did Diploma in .NET technology from NIIT. She is quick learner and has good knowledge in computer programming. Her hobbies are listening music, reading novels and internet surfing. She likes cartoon movies. She has very careful and helpful in nature and also has quality to work in a team with fire and glow.
