The 2025 Conference Registration System is now available.
Author/Presenter or Attendee Registration: This is the regular rate for conference attendance and includes access to all sessions, meals, and online conference proceedings.
Student Registration: This is a reduced rate for student attendees/presenters and includes access to all sessions, meals, and online conference proceedings.
K-12 Registration: This is a reduced rate for K-12 teachers to encourage participation and teachers may only be able to attend on Saturday of the conference. You have much to teach higher education about teaching.
Retired Faculty: This is a reduced rate for retired faculty to encourage participation. We need your wisdom.
Student Team Registration This is the rate for registering teams for either the programming contest on Saturday or the cybersecurity CTF challenge on Friday. This rate includes the luncheon on Saturday for each member but not the banquet on Friday. Extra banquet tickets can be added during registration if programming team students wish to attend that function. The Cybersecurity CTF challenge is on Friday and so students will not be available for the banquet.
* Early Registration runs through September 15, 2025.
** Silver, Gold, and Platinum CCSC National Partners have no vendor fee
We are pleased to provide the convenience of an on-line registration system called ConfTool.
Establishing a ConfTool Account
This year we are using an upgraded version of Conftool for conference registration/submissions, so everyone will need to create a new account, even if you have attended the conference in the past.
Registering for the Conference
Once you have created and logged into your ConfTool account, click on "Register as Participant".
All conference participants (faculty, students, K-12 educators, retired faculty, student teams, local vendors, and national vendors) must register on-line.
Registering a Programming or CTF Team
Coaches may register their student team with their full conference registration or teams may be registered separately, but must be accompanied by a fully registered coach. Only one coach per institution is necessary, even if there are multiple teams from that institution, but we always welcome more participation in the conference if desired.
Once logged into the ConfTool account, click on "Register as Participant". After proceeding to step 2, choose the number of student teams to register. The number of student teams in the competition is limited by the room available at the host institution. In the event that we reach the maximum number of teams available, we may need to close the registration to additional teams.
Contest registration is by team, not by individual. Team registration entitles each student team member to attend conference sessions, exhibits and keynotes, and to receive snacks during the competition and the luncheon where awards for the programming competition will be announced. Since Programming Contest Registration does NOT include the banquet on Friday night, extra banquet tickets may be added during registration if desired. CTF teams will be in competition on Friday and will not be able to attend the banquet. Student team members do not need to register individually unless they are also presenting at the conference, in which case they should register as Student Full Conference.
Registering a Programming or CTF Team After the Coach has Already Registered
If a student team coach has already registered for the full conference, but would like to add a team, choose, "Add Student Team(s)" as the registration option and it will not charge the conference rate a second time, just the team registration fee and possibly any extra banquet tickets that might be added for these students.
The registration of participation is binding.
If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
The registration fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to change.
Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
