UKTS Legacy packas available

With the forthcoming demise of UKTS  I have gathered several of the key UKTS scenery items needed for this route on this website (with permission from the authors). I have also gathered (and tweaked where needed) a few loco packs that are used in many of my scenarios and also are needed to install some of my locos.
