J69 fix v1.14

v1.14 fixes problems for non-J15 users - and gives it a shadow (how did I miss that!)

locos not appearing in-game for some users who don't have the J15

some effects not working for some users (due to carelessness on my part!)

a shadow (no one seems to have noticed that the there was no loco body shadow on the J69 (also true of the B17 which will be uploaded soon).
