The formatting of various pages in this website were quite a mess when Google Sites upgraded its service in year 2016. My apology for very late maintenance!!
One thing I don't like about the upgraded Google Sites: you can no longer put a ALWAYS-visible navigation bar on the left side as in classic Google Sites. You only have the sandwich menu 三 at top left, which requires a mouse click to see the menu. This website is using the horizontal mouse-over menu now.
