recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Boy Scouts in America, the Orange County Council is joining forces with the Los Angeles Area and San Gabriel Valley councils to participate in the 2010 Tournament of Roses Parade.
The OCBSA has been presented with an opportunity to select volunteers to help with float decoration in December. It's a once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity to be a part of this celebration.
All Scouts must have an adult accompanying them during their shift.
Dry decorating will take place December 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cub Scouts 12 and under may sign up to work on this date ONLY.
Floral decorating will be available in two shifts on December 27, Shift 1 (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and Shift 2 (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) One shift for floral decorating is available on December 29, beginning at 4 p.m. Final decoration and float completion will take place December 30.

Decorating will take place at the Phoenix's Rosemont Pavillion location (700 Seco Street, Pasadena ) across from the Rose Bowl.
For Rosemont Pavilion, go to the Memorial Park Station; walk west on Holly St., right on Fair Oaks Ave. to Walnut St., left to Orange Grove Blvd., right to Rosemont Ave., left to 700 Seco St. (1.7 mi. walk).Free parking near Rosemont Pavilion in Lot I, south of the Rose Bowl. Check-in is at the hospitality area at each location.
